Shibu Lal, Tennis Director
Bo provides top players with a real challenge. Bo has been teaching in the Marin area for many years and has worked with adults and juniors. He is also a very accomplished player. He has been ranked in the top 5 in Open tennis in NorCal and is a Davis Cup veteran with Bangladesh.
His success as a player flourished at the senior level, being ranked among the top 5 in the country in the 35’s, 40’s and 45’s. He is famous for his ability to scramble and endure the most challenging conditions. That characteristic carries over into his style of coaching, challenging any level of player to a very rigorous and physical lesson. He is also in charge of organizing the tournaments and competitive events at the Club.
He also runs and operates the Pro Shop, where he helps players find the proper racket and strings for their games. His ability to string a racket in 15 minutes is one of the fastest in the business. Although the Pro Shop has limited supplies, he is always able to order whatever a customer may want from the any major racket or shoe company .

That same year he won the doubles title and was an All American in singles.
Steve was a pro at Mt Tam for years before accepting the Head Professional position at Wickiup in Santa Rosa.
