David Bearden
I started taichi lessons in 1998. In 2007 I began a regular study with Master Fong Ha (www.fongha.com) in Berkeley.
A standing meditation begins each practice. A variety of movements to loosen and stretch follow. We focus on breath and balance. We learn and practice a Yang style taichi form. We leave each practice refreshed, relaxed and energized, ready for the day.
